This marked the airline\u2019s largest operation to Axum since flights resumed in June 2024, following the restoration of peace in the region. The flights have not only brought local and international pilgrims but have also symbolized the revival of Axum\u2019s connectivity to the rest of the world after a genocidal war.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Local officials estimate over 3 million Birr in revenue will be generated from ticket sales on heritage sites.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201cWe did not inflate the price.
